4. I will choose companions on this journey who give me hope and encouragement.
5. I will not judge myself for how I react to the enormity of my grief.
6. I will prioritize my mental health and seek help if necessary.
7. I will release my expectations of how others should respond to my grief.
8. I will honor my loved one by treating myself lovingly.
9. I will choose to focus on today.
